Just Add Water

At our recent Convention I was seriously inspired by Paula Dobson and her amazing technique of the Bouncing Brayer which you can see here on her Blog - Stampinantics and I have been looking for a project to use this on that is easy enough for me to do!!  Yesterday at our group meeting, one of my friends, Sonja showed me a card with this little bird and posts on it that totally inspired me!!   So..... here it is - my attempt at the Bouncing Brayer Technique - and it is PERFECT for the challenge a Just Add Ink this week which is to Just Add Water - click here and see some other amazing variations on this theme!!

I have used the two step bird punch, the woodgrain embossing folder, the greeting comes from Sweetly Framed hostess stamp set, and the colours are:  Soft Sky, Pool Party, Coastal Cabana and Crushed Curry for the sun on the water.  My final embellishment is the button made with the Simply Pressed Clay!!
