Seaside Bay retiring DSP CTC#415

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop CASEING the CATTY.

To CASE is to Copy And Share Everything or to Copy And Selectively Edit and we love to CASE from our amazing Stampin' Up! catalogues.

This week, we are CASEING our favourite retiring designer series paper.

And I just LOOOOOVE the gorgeous By the Bay paper in our Mini Catalogue on pages 23-24.  I've CASED the gorgeous tag project on the top left of the page and created a slimline card using the same idea.

My shells were fussy cut from the designer papers, and then I've used the lovely Fine Shimmer Gold paper for some extra little shells.

I've also used the fabulous Tailor Made Tags for my greeting feature.  I really wanted to try the lovely gold highlights on the ribbon that was featured in the catalogue - BUT that was a massive fail so I've decided I really like the ribbon as it is!!!

Inside the card features some more of the gorgeous designer paper and also some stamped and cut shells.  I've also used some of the gorgeous shells we collected from our camping trip last week as well for my photos!!

UP next is the awesome Peta and her lovely Fancy Flora card

Check out all the amazing photos here on our Facebook page.

  1. Julia, I love the idea of a tag on the front of a card, and you have certainly more than done this one justice. That DSP pack caught my eye a little too late and I am sad it is retiring.
