Online Exclusives inspiration!! CTC553

Hello and Welcome to Handmade by Julia Quinn.

Tonight you get to enjoy our amazing CASEING the CATTY blog hop.  To CASE is to Copy And Share Everything or to Copy And Selectively Edit and we love to CASE from our amazing Stampin' Up! catalogues (catty!)

This week, we are CASEING from our Online Exclusives collection.  Did you know that when you go to the online store, you can look for inspiration projects with every stamp set, die set, punches and designer paper illustrated.  I often click on the sets to see ideas!!

This is one of the inspiration projects for the Lovely Arrangements bundle which is what I have used for our hop today!!  I really love the technique!

I have almost the same layout for the front of my card.  I've stamped the flower using Secret Sea ink, and then coloured the centres of the flowers using White Ink and a Blender Pen.

When I was colouring, I was careful to colour in between each of the lines on the stamped image.  And I alo coloured lightly first, and then came back again for another layer of White ink for extra depth and highlights in the centres of the flowers.

Inside the card is simple stamping ready for a lovely greeting for your friend!

I loved the little fun detail of one die cut flower on the front along with the Lemon Lime Twist leaves.

I've used the gorgeous Night of Navy Sparkle Dots Essentials which works beautifully with the Secret Sea I think!!

Up next is the extraordinary Peta who has used the same bundle!

Make sure you keep hopping to see lots of great ideas!

Check out our Facebook group for lots more inspiration!
