I found this great idea recently and couldn't resist giving it a try. This little pouch is just the right size to pop in a candy cane (haven't got around to getting those yet!!) for a great little gift. I have used the Petite Pocket die and the Snow Festival tags, and some bakers twine and Dazzling Details for sparkle!

Holiday Tree
This card has been a great favourite at my recent card classes - it's lovely to look at and fun to make. I have used the Scentsational Season stamp set and the coordinating Holiday Framelits to the central tree, and the textured frame is the new Holiday Frame textured embossing folder. I have added some lovely champagne glimmer paper for the star on top and some extra bling down both sides of the panel using the spotted ribbon punch. The final touch is some champagne shimmer mist sponged over the raised embossed part of the frame.

Snow Swirled sparkle
This card uses a lovely technique of 2 step stamping. I have stamped the snow flake image using Baja Breeze, and then reinked my stamp using a sponge dauber and some Frost White Shimmer Mist to stamp again over the top. For precision stamping the Stamp-a-ma-jig is great for this technique. I have stamped just off the exact image and I have also made my shimmer mist ink a bit splodgy in places too to give it extra interest and texture. The finishing touches are the greeting and a little snow flake from the Snow Flurries die with the Big Shot.

Owl Occasions Christmas
This cute little guy is from one of the new stamps in our Holiday mini catalogue - he is just soooo sweet! He is so gorgeous that I had to use this card for the challenge at SUO Challenges - Stampin' Up! loves animals this week.
What fun to make a Christmas card with an Owl! I hope you like it too.

Tea for Two
Another of our wonderful projects from our recent get together - this time from Tracey - and this is such a gorgeous and cute gift idea!!
We made a mini scallop envelope, and into it are a couple of tea bags with cute little stamped tags, and a lovely gift card in the shape of a tea cup - how adorable is that!!

Fan Fair Booklet
I have been really inspired by this lovely paper - Fan Fair - in our new Catalogue and this week at Just Add Ink the theme is to Add Something New and so this little project that uses LOTS of my new goodies AND is a showcase for this DSP is my entry!
My first page is totally inspired by a wonderful project on Shelli's Blog and then I just kept going from there.....
One of the sheets of DSP has lots of lovely images, tags, and sayings, and there is at least one of these on every page.....
Along with lots of new stamp sets, and some old......
some new sweater trim to tie the booklet together....
some new In-Colours for stamping with my new stamp sets....
all done on the First Edition DSP to create the booklet...
and my final page shows another new stamp set.
Unfortunately this photo is a little blurry (and I apologise) but the cover is fairly simple. I'd love to hear what you think of my little booklet - I did it just for me (a rare piece of creation - usually projects are for classes or gifts) and I like it.....
simple christmas tree
One of the best things about Stampin' Up! is our regular get togethers with other demonstrators, and the other day was another such day - sharing and learning from each other.
We made this lovely little Christmas Card - fun and simple, thank you Petah!
The papers are from the festival of prints pack and are just so gorgeous there is nothing else required to make a lovely card! The greeting is from More Merry Messages, and a bit of bling on the star, and done!

Another Altered Canvas
I loved doing the altered canvas so much at the class I went to recently that I have done another one by myself and THIS time ALL in Stampin' Up! products - except the canvas of course. I made ALL of the flowers myself and coloured the texture paste and gesso with our inks too. I love this so much I'm going to enter it as well into the Just Add Ink challenge - Just Add Bright Colour this month!!
As I am a very much neutral colour person, this was an adventurous foray into bright and colourful scrapbooking - and it just looks so lovely, so I have plans for another in red and black........ stay tuned!
It doesn't look too colourful in this photo but the blues are all there!! I featured mostly Island Indigo, and added Pool Party and Midnight Muse. There is some white stamping too to coordinate with our clothing.
The title (from Baby Prints) is stamped with Island Indigo on a apothecary accent framelit.
Island Indigo, Pool Party and Midnight Muse flowers with Antique brad centres. These flowers were created using the scallop circle punches, and the blossom builder punch.
A variety of flowers here - some with punches, and some with fabric twisted and rolled to create flowers, and also the paper daisies. In between are some satin roses and sweetest stem die for leaves.
As a final embellishment there is some seam binding ribbon coming from the flower clusters and some doilies both stamped and from the Big Shot under the arrangements too.

Bright Butterflies
Spring had sprung, and to celebrate, two of my children got out under the sprinkler and had a fantastic time!! This made for a fun couple of photos for my page.
This month at Just Add Ink the challenge for the scrapping competition is to Just Add Bright Colours
and
this month at Page Maps there is a sketch challenge -
so I have combined both of these challenges into the one page to herald the change in season!!
I've used Daffodil Delight in the Background, and then lots of other colours for highlights - mostly Tangerine Tango and Midnight Muse.
I have used the Summer Smooches Designer Series Paper which has LOTS of bright colours, and with the design of this page and all the different butterflies, I think I managed to used EVERY single design in the packet!! How Awesome is that!!
The stamping has been done with Printed Petals and Midnight Muse ink.
For those who know me, you will appreciate the challenge this is for me because Bright Colours are NOT my best friends, but I have to say, I am rather pleased with my final product! I would love to know what you think too - so please be sure to leave a comment for me!

Snow Festival Tags
This is a great quick and simple card! I used the Snow Festival Tags as my centre embellishment, and stamped my greeting with the coordinating Cherry Cobbler Ink. The background piece is from the Festival of Prints paper Stack which I put through the Big Shot using the Delicate Design Embossing Folder. Lastly the piece was tied with cherry cobbler bakers twine, and the card assembled. Voila! done.

Snowflake Season Simply Scrappin' Layout Kit
This is a great product from the new Holiday Catalogue - all the supplies needed to make this great double layout. This Kit includes:
2 sheets printed Crumb Cake 12" x 12" paper,
2 die cut pieces of designer printed Gumball Green paper,
Vanilla Satin ribbon,
5 laser cut Silver Glimmer Paper snowflakes,
cherry cobbler bakers twine,
2 mini clothespegs,
and 1 sheet of printed diecut paper embellishments which includes the numerals for the year/date, the journalling embellishments, scrolls and the tickets.
I added a few extras to the layout - I stamped the background with Snow Swirled and Cherry Cobbler and Gumball Green Ink, which I then embellished using Dazzling Details. I also created some extra journalling pieces using the Ornament Punch and the Cherry Cobbler piece used for backing one of the photos.
