Feathery Inspiration for Colour INKspiration #53

Hello and Welcome to our wonderful Colour INKspiration blog hop and challenge!!

Our challenge comes from the amazing colour inspiration found via some pretty amazing images from Pinterest.

No photo description available.

This time our colours are:  Petal Pink, Mint Macaron, Whisper White, Bermuda Bay and Night of Navy WITH some gold or silver added!!

I've been on a bit of a fancy fold spree this week, and so I've created this card using our colours and featuring the Incredible Like You stamp set. The beauty of this fold is that the front panel is actually the piece cut off the front of the card and then just oriented sideways!!

I really love the 2 step stamped image of this flower - it is perfection EVERY time and in every colour I've ever stamped it.  It really looks super sweet stamped in the Petal Pink.

My gold highlights are all from the Well Written framelits - and what an amazing resource it is!! There are 24 pieces in this framelit and 14 of these are words!!  How useful is that!!

I wanted to use this same card design and colours for one of my classes with a low vision lady, and so I also created this very simple card without any gold elements.

The stamp set I used for this one was an absolute favourite - Happy Birthday Gorgeous.  She really enjoyed creating this card!!

So, are you inspired to join in the fun with us and add your project to the lineup for our Colour Challenge using these colours only?  Just add your project to our facebook challenge page - it's so easy and fun!!

Until Next Time,
Happy Stamping,

Love Julia   x

Inspired by the Classic Garage Chapter CTC#223

Hello and Welcome to another awesome Sunday Night Blog Hop and Challenge CASEing the Catty.

To CASE is to Copy And Selectively Edit or to Copy And Share Everything, and we love to be inspired by our Stampin' Up! catalogues which are full of amazing projects and ideas that can be CASED.

No photo description available.

This week we are CASEing from the Classic Garage Chapter of the Occasions Catalogue.  And I"ve been inspired by that lovely motorcycle card at the top of the display.

I've created a much simpler version and made it into a bit of a fancy fold card.

My card features only my favourite die - the bunch of gears cut from Silver Foil and the greeting banner for the front of the card.  The inside is simple stamping.  Some of the ladies who created this in class also added the car image for the inside too which looked brilliant!!

Up next is the amazing Sandra and her project inspired by the Classic Garage Chapter.  Make sure you keep hopping around everyone in the team - there's some fabulous projects!!!

You are also invited to join in the fun of the challenge and add your project photo to our facebook challenge page when you create using this chapter for inspiration!!!

Until Next Time,
Happy Stamping,

Designers Choice SUO220

Hello and Welcome to our challenge this time for SUO Challenges.

We use Stampin' Up! Only products to inspire you and share our love of Stampin' Up! products!!

This time the challenge is a Designers Choice!  How easy is that!!

I've created a double fold card which is a brilliant way to show off my favourite papers from the Floral Romance DSP!!

I've used an absolute favourite stamp set - Perennial Birthday.  It's so useful for so many projects!!!

This is an easy card to make.  I've cut my cardstock to 9" x 4" and scored at 6".  And the smaller inside card measures 8" x 3" and is scored at 4".

The only embellishments are some fussy cut images from the DSP and a couple of sequins.

We hope you'll join in the fun with us in our Designers Challenge at SUO Challenges.  Add your project to our lineup on our facebook challenge page here.

Until Next Time,
Happy Stamping,
Love Julia  x

Final Saleabration CASE CTC#222

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop and Challenge CASEing the Catty.

To CASE is to Copy And Selectively Edit or to Copy And Share Everything.  Our design team loves to CASE from our Stampin' Up! catalogues.

No photo description available.

This week is the FINAL CASE for the Sale-a-bration catalogues!!  I hope you had a marvellous time this year with our Sale-a-bration promotion - there were so many GORGEOUS rewards this year - I loved every bit of it!!

I've decided to CASE this card on page 8 of our original Sale-a-bration catalogue.  I've CASED the layout and colours of this super cute card to create a Scrapbook Page.  It's been so long since I've done any scrapping, and I really enjoyed myself!!  I've gone and printed off a bunch of photos ready to do some more pages ..... so watch this space!!!

You can see the layout of the card in my page - but it's been expanded somewhat!!  My base cardstock is Old Olive and I've used some of the divine Floral Romance DSP and my photos for my centrepiece instead of the stamped greeting

Originally I was going to use the Butterfly wooden Elements the same as on the card, but my husband was a bit disgusted with that idea for our favourite camping spot!!!  So, I pulled out the wooden Frames Elements from our Annual Catalogue.  They have been waiting to be used on a project like this!!!

As per the original CASE, I've coloured the wooden elements using Ink and/or Markers - Old Olive, Pineapple Punch, Mossy Meadow and some Soft Sea Foam.

Sometimes it's tricky getting started on scrapbooking, but using the layout from the card made the whole process much easier and quicker!!  I hope you can find some amazing inspiration from CASEing our Catty too!!!

Up next is the Lovely Lauren and her Sale-a-bration inspired CASE!!

You are also invited to add your project CASED from our Sale-a-bration catalogues to our facebook challenge page!  We love it when you share your projects with us!!!

Until Next Time,
Happy Stamping,
