Natural Softness Colour Inkspiration #61

Hello and Welcome to the amazing, fun challenge and blog hop for Colour INKspiration.

Our challenge is to create using only the colours featured from our Pinterest inspired images!!

Image may contain: indoor

This time the colours are:  Gray Granite, Soft Suede, Whisper White and Mint Macaron.  And aren't the inspiration photos divine!!  I love this natural softness!!  And I wonder if we have any wedding projects from this inspiration!!

My card is quite simple and features the lovely For the Love of Felt stamp set.  This stamp set works brilliantly with a corresponding kit which is full of bright and fun colours, so it was really lovely for me to create using these softer and natural hues.

Do you like the little corrugated feature on the side of the front?  This was to add a bit of interest and not cover up the fun stamping of the greeting.

I've used the Stamparatus for the repeat stamping of the greeting and the stitched swirl on the front of the card.  This is actually one of our projects for our upcoming Stamparatus class.

The inside of the card features some very simple collage stamping in the corners.

So, make sure you check out the whole design team - I always love love love seeing the amazing projects created by this fabulous group!!

Up next is Jan and her wonderful leafy card using these colours.

We would really love you to join in the fun with our challenge too!  Add your project using these colours to the lineup on our facebook challenge page.

Page 101 Inspiration CTC#241

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop and Challenge CASEING the CATTY.

To CASE is to Copy And Selectively Edit or to Copy And Share Everything.  We love to CASE from the prolific amount of projects featured in our Stampin' Up! Catalogues.

No photo description available.

This week, we are CASEING a layout from page 101 of our Annual Catalogue.

I've been inspired by all the projects (except for the little gift box) and used the lovely Daisy Lane suite for all of them.

This card is inspired by the Little Bunny card on the right of the layout.  I've used the all over element covering most of the card front with a little circular feature for the greeting.

After I'd created the front panel, I then thought it would be fun to make the card into an easel card - just to make it a bit more interesting.  My card is a very simple version of the Stampin' Up! one.

This card was inspired by the gorgeous elephant card - and this is a very popular layout for the team!  You can see why, because it's really effective.  I've used the Brick and Mortar 3D folder instead of the repeat blocks in the background.  Again, this card is a much simpler version of the original.

Finally, I've used the super sweet fox card to create this very different layout.  I die cut the oval from some Magnolia Lane DSP and then flipped the oval piece so you can see the other side under the greeting and feature daisy.

This is my least favourite of the 3 cards (I love the soft colours of the middle card), but it might translate into a great design with different DSP that's a little more toned down perhaps????

As you can see, there's plenty of great inspiration just on one page!!  The design team have created some wonderful projects!!  Make sure you hop all the way around the circle!!

Up next is the lovely Michelle!!  Enjoy!!

We hope you'll join in the fun with us too and add your contribution to the challenge to CASE from page 101 of the catalogue.

Scrapping Inspiration from Everyday Occasions CTC#240

Hello and Welcome to another amazing Sunday Night Blog Hop and Challenge.

We are challenging you to CASE the Catty - which is to Copy ANd Selectively Edit or to Copy And Share Everything - from our amazing Stampin' Up! catalogues.

No photo description available.

This week the challenge was to CASE from the Everyday Occasions chapter - pages 12-71 - which is a HUGE amount of inspiration!!

I was inspired by the very first page!!  The gorgeous Pretty Peacock Woven Heirlooms project caught my eye, and so I've used it to inspire my scrapbook page.  I've just moved the elements a little further out for the larger creative area!!

I've used the gorgeous Daisy Lane bundle for the flower detail and stamped using Soft Seaspray ink on the Woven Threads DSP for a very soft touch.

The leaves were punched from the Pretty Peacock using the leaf punch and the sprig punch.  I've anchored the daisies using the lovely metallic brads!!

The title of my page was stamped from Daisy Lane and paired with die cut words from Well Written dies and the Merry Christmas dies.

Scattered around the page are some Noble Peacock rhinestones and some Gingham Gala sequins.

I hope you've been inspired!!  Up next on our amazing hop is the lovely Rachel and her inspiring project.

We also love it when you join in the challenge with us too.  Add your project CASED from the Everyday Occasions chapter and add a photo to the lineup on our facebook challenge page here.

Fun Birthday!!

Hello and Welcome to a very fun Birthday card for a new driver!!

Luckily, his name worked in perfectly for his birthday card!!

I've used the totally fun Garage Gears for this masculine card.

I'ts an easel card that anchors behind the car to stand up.  I've coloured the car using Stampin' Blends.

The gift card holder also used the same stamp set and layout - this time coloured using Cherry Cobbler (because we all know that red cars go faster!!!)

I've made him a 'mock' licence to go with the gift card too!!

Remember to head to my online store to redeem your discount voucher from July!!

And while you're there, maybe you can look at that long wish list and check out the awesomeness of the Starter Kit too!!
