Papercrafting Monthly Blog Hop celebrating Sale-a-bration!

Hello and Welcome to this amazing group of international creative souls sharing our monthly blog hop.

This month, we are sharing some Sale-a-bration inspiration.  And I'm using the totally gorgeous Favoured Flowers designer paper as my starting point for a fun Z fold card.  On a quiet day during the holidays, I fussy cut 2 complete sheets of this stunning paper ready to go for lots of projects!

For the front of my card I used some of the edge pieces to create a floating frame around my white heat embossed greeting from Framed Florets stamp set.  My base card is Blackberry Bliss - using the same colour as the fussy cut flowers.

A Z fold is so easy - you fold your card base in half, and then the front piece in half again to create a Z.  The 2 panels inside the card and on the front of the card are the same size.  It's very simple but it looks pretty special!

This gorgeous paper can be yours as one of the FREE rewards during Sale-a-bration - and it looks so amazing when it's fussy cut!

Here's the list of everybody in the blog hop for you.

Mini Catalogue CASE featuring Dainty Delight bundle CTC#402

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop CASEING the CATTY.

Click here to see our fabulous page!

To CASE is to Copy And Share Everything or to Copy And Selective Edit and we love to CASE from our amazing Stampin' Up! catalogues.

This week, we are CASEING from the gorgeous new Mini Catalogue.

And I was inspired by the lovely bright fresh card on page 54.

I actually had the Granny Apply Green cardstock already cut and scored for a gorgeous fun sloped accordion fold, so adapted the idea from the catalogue to work with this fold.

The background gorgeous bright paper comes from the Tea Boutique paper - works so well with the lovely Daffodil Delight die cut daisies from the lovely Dainty Delight bundle.

The 21 x 21cm cardstock was scored at 7cm intervals and then sliced diagonally to create 2 cards at the same time!!

I just love the amazing detail from the Dainty Delight dies - and the stamping fonts are so gorgeous in the Dainty Delight stamp set too.  The only extra embellishment I have is some linen thread tied in a double bow.

Make sure you keep hopping! Up next is the gorgeous Peta

Scenic Garden Hostess set for Sale-a-bration

Hello and Welcome!!

Tonight I have a fun colour challenge brought to you by Colour INKspiration challenges featuring gorgeous images and amazing colours.

These colours are just lovely!!  So I decided to try them with a new stamp set in 2 different ways - so which is your favourite?

The card on the left was coloured using a water painter and inks and the card on the right was coloured using Stampin' Write markers - totally different looks!!

I've used the Scenic Garden Hostess Set combined with Ranunculus Romance to give a vintage look.  The edges of the image was coloured using a blending brush and Sahara Sand also.  The Sweet Blushing Bride paper in the background comes from the gorgeous Dainty Flowers Sale-a-bration paper.

Here's the watercoloured version which has more intensive colour.  See the little ribbon detail on the side?  I've cut a piece of the gorgeous white frayed ribbon in half lengthwise to make it narrower and also coloured it using a Mint Macaron Stampin' Blend.

Inside the card has the same collage stamping and layering of Garden Green paper and the Dainty Flowers paper.

You can check out lots of amazing projects here on our Facebook page.

Favoured Flowers paper for CTC#401

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop CASEING the CATTY.

To CASE is to Copy And Share Everything or to Copy And Selectively Edit, and we love to CASE from our amazing Stampin' Up! catalogues (CATTY).

To welcome 2023, our first blog hop features the amazing Sale-a-bration catalogue!!

My starting point was page 7 featuring the gorgeous Dainty Flowers DSP.  This paper is totally stunning on it's own, but I loved the addition of the sponged colour to the bottom of the paper on the card featured on the far right.  You can see in my photo the paper before I've added some Old Olive using a blending brush, and then the card featuring the finished product.

I created the same card in 2 different orientations of a Z fold - which is your favourite?

This is a special card for a very special friend who recently had an awesome birthday!  I've used the fabulous new Alphabet A La Mode dies with Rose Gold foil and foam sheet for the numbers.

The greeting comes from Go To Greetings stamp set and I've also used the new Happy Labels punch.

My portrait orientation card features the Label Me Lovely punch for the greeting.  And check out the sweet little dragonfly trinkets - aren't they gorgeous!!

up next on our hop is the fabulous Kathryn and her gorgeous card using the same paper!

Check out all our fun projects on our Facebook page here.

Reward yourself with this stunning paper when you spend $90!!  You'll totally love it!!
