How cute is this little card?! This was made for a cute little girl for her birthday too!! Her card had an additional cut out number for her birthday made from silver shimmer paper.
I have used the Mosaic Embossing Folder, Chalk Talk framelits, 1 3/4" scallop punch, Strawberry Slush and So Saffron cardstock, Strawberry Slush ruffled ribbon, and an aqua painter to colour the details. (with some dazzling diamonds for extra details!!)
