Mum's Love

I really love 'arty' stamp sets that make me look really artistic!  And Mum's Love is just such a stamp set - so for the Just Add Ink Challenge this week, I've opened up my stamp set and inked it up for the first time!!  The images are an organic free sketch with 2 step stamping for the colour in the flowers and leaves.... what do you think?

I've added some lovely burlap and lace detail - totally inspired by the inspiration photo for the challenge this week! And I really love using vellum for a greeting when I've been greedy with the space on a card, and I've run out of room for a greeting!!  This Happy Birthday comes from Memorable Moments.

So, here is the inspiration photo - how did I go?  It was super easy to come up with ideas for this card by looking at the colours and details in these photos - and I'm sure you would love it too!!  So, click HERE to go to Just Add Ink and look at the design team creations, and then have a go too!!
