Scrapbooking inspired by Natures Poem CTC#191

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night CASEING the CATTY Blog Hop.

We are a design team focusing on the amazing projects illustrated in our Stampin' Up! catalogues as we Copy And Selectively Edit or Copy And Share Everything to inspire you to see the catalogue in new ways!!

This week we are sharing inspiration from the Nature's Poem chapter - pages 142-153 of the Annual Catalogue.

I've been totally inspired by the whole Nature's Poem suite, and I've CASED 3 projects from pages 142 and 144.

Every now and then, I make a real effort to get some scrap pages done... and these next couple of weeks will feature the results!!!

My first piece of inspiration was this gorgeous card from page 144.  My page element is very close with only the difference in the ribbon/twine and the sequins/faceted dots.

Until I really looked at this card in the catalogue, I didn't realise there was so much to it!!!

My second page element is this lovely card which I have CASED before.  I love all the layers and papers.

The colours for my page are:  Tranquil Tide, Sahara Sand and Petal Pink.

My last element was CASED from the little pizza box at the bottom left of the photo on page 142.

I'm so pleased with the finished result!!   It'a bit hard to tell in the photos, but I've also swooshed across the Sahara Sand base using the Whisper White ink pad giving some subtle highlights.

Make sure you hop around the whole team and see the amazing inspiration from this chapter!!

We'd love to see your projects in the lineup on our facebook challenge page, and you can get there using this link.
