Social Stamping - Animals!!

Hello and Welcome to another amazing blog hop with the equally amazing Kelly Kent.

Kelly has put together a brilliant group of people sharing our creativity with Social Stamping.  This week the theme is Animals.  You can keep hopping all the way around using the links after each person, or you can see the whole blog list in the Host post above.

I'm so lucky that I had to make a card for my nephew for next week, as I had NOOOO idea what I would make for this theme!!

Cute little kid cards is not really my jam, but I had fun making this, and it came together quite quickly!!

I've created a standard Z fold and fussy cut a bunch of dinosaurs using the Dinoroar paper to feature on the front Z.   (I hope he's still into dinosaurs!!!)

I made 2 of these cards and his card has a giant number 6 on the front instead of an extra dinosaur.

The cards are crazy bright and busy and fun too (I guess!) so I hope he likes it!!

I'm pretty sure these qualify for the Animal theme - even though these guys have been extinct for ages!!!!

Up next is the awesome Sharni who always inspires!!!

Make sure you keep hopping around everyone to see all the amazingness and enjoy the wonderful inspiration for this fantastic Social Stamping group.  If you would like to see the list of all the participants and their links, just head to the Blog Hop Host below.

An Interactive Scropbooking Hop with Global Scrapbooking group

Hello and Welcome to another amazing blog hop with the inspiring Scrapbooking Global group.

This is a group of scrapbookers who use Stampin' Up! products for our pages.

Our theme this month is for an Interactive Page which is awesome!! But a huge challenge for me, as I like to have all my pages safely tucked away in my albums behind plastic to preserve them!!

The designer of this fabulous challenge is the supremely talented Sharni.
Thankyou for the challenge!!

My page features an amazing new Stampin' Up! Suite from our new catalogue called the World Of Good Suite!  I love everything about it and have used quite a lot on my page. My interactive element is a secret pocket behind the main image in the top right corner of my page.

My page celebrates our daughter's Investiture as School Captain earlier this year, but the secret pocket reveals that she ended up at the doctor on the same day and was really sick!!!  This was the perfect way to incorporate the whole story of the day, while still keeping the main event the star of the show on the main part of the page!

I've used 2 new colours on this page - Cinnamon Cider and Misty Moonlight along with the glorious new Brass Foil - swoon!!  These have been included with my usual standby for school scrapping - Night of Navy!!  Having had 4 children through the same school, every year it's a challenge to try other colours as well as the usual Navy!!!

This is our final year of schooling, (our eldest started school in 1999) so I'm incredibly glad the World of Good suite happened along for me to use it for some school pages.

The World of Good Memories and More cards have some fabulous images and sayings for life journeys!!

Up next on this amazing hop is the fabulous Heike from Germany.

The list for all of the blog hop is here:

CTC#270 Favourite Retiring Punch or Dies!

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night blog hop and challenge CASEING the CATTY!!

To CASE is to Copy And Share Everything or to Copy And Selectively Edit, and we love to CASE from our Stampin' Up! catalogues.

This week, the challenge is to CASE our favourite retiring punch or dies.  My favourite punch that is retiring (although NOT from my craft room) is the leaf punch!!  It's my go-to for so many projects!!!  It's a quick and simple way to add extra to any floral arrangement.

It works particularly well with the Daisy punches - I've used it here with the Medium Daisy punch as an embellishment on a no stamping kit by mail card featuring the Mosaic Mood papers.

The leaves were punched from the Old Olive vellum which is so sheer and lovely and subtle!

This card is one of a set of cards for a cardmaking Kit by Mail all featuring the Mosaic Mood papers.

Up next on our fun hop is the amazing Rebecca.

We love it when you join in the challenge with us too here at CASEING the CATTY.  Just add your photo to the lineup on our facebook challenge page.

If you want to find out more about my Mosaic Mood cardmaking kit, you can email me here.  and you can also see the kit in more detail on my Facebook Business page at Handmade by Julia Quinn.

Our Theme this week is "Sunshine' and I've chosen to feature some of the lovely greetings from the Share Sunshine download which is a fundraiser offered by Stampin' Up! with 100% of funds raised going towards helping with COVID-19.  You can find out more if you click on the image above.

These cards all feature some of the gorgeous greetings from the PDF download, as well as the fun and vibrant Birthday Bonanza papers.  This was my most popular Kit by Mail this week!

The colours featured in this paper are Bermuda Bay, Coastal Cabana, Mango Melody, Terracotta Tile, Daffodil Delight, Basic Black, Grapefruit Grove, Smoky Slate and a touch of Crumb Cake.

These super cute little guys are quite easy to fussy cut, and some of the images in the paper is able to be die cut with coordinating dies.

Each of these cards has a follow up sentiment from the PDF inside them as well, but I forgot to photograph the inside of the cards.

All of these cards are guaranteed to bring some sunshine into the life of the recipient!!  They are cheerful and super cute!!

If you really love them, I have a video on my Facebook Business page at Handmade by Julia Quinn showing how I've put them all together.
