Sea Turtle Inspiration CTC#417 - retiring projects

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop CASEING the CATTY.

To CASE is to Copy And Share Everything or to Copy And Selectively Edit and we love to CASE from our amazing Stampin' Up! catalogue.

This week, we are caseing a fun project from either of our current catalogues - we're making the most of these goodies before they're gone for good!

I have wanted to do this glorious card on page 29 for ages - so here's my big chance before I file away the retired catalogue!!

I used the Layering Diorama dies (which I really love AND they're now retiring!!) and stamped lots of images from the Sea Turtle stamp set using Soft Sea Foam, Calypso Coral and also Lost Lagoon - one of our NEW colours in the new catalogue.  The greeting comes from the Love For You bundle.

The inside features a bunch of stamping too - I do really love doing lots of overlapping stamping like this!!

UP next is the awesome Rachel - make sure you keep hopping all the way around.

Here's all our project on our Facebook Page - check it out!

Tropical Leaves in Colour INKspiration #142

Hello and Welcome to another fabulous colour INKspiration Challenge!!

This is a great challenge featuring some amazing colours!!

The colours this week and the accompanying picture are just gorgeous!!

I was inspired to play with a "new to me" bundle of the Tropical Leaf stamp set and punch.  I love it!!
The background of my leafy arrangement is one of the Basics 3D embossing folders - both of these products are available ONLINE only!!  They are easy to find in the What's NEW section of my online store.

I have also used the lovely Deckled Edge rectangle dies which are in the catalogue.

Inside the card is very similar to the front.

Check out all the amazing projects here on our Facebook page.

There's ONLY 4 more days to purchase any of the Soft Succulent products - so head here now.

Favourite from the Mini Catalogue CTC#416

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop CASEING the CATTY.

To CASE is to Copy And Share Everything or to Copy And Selectively Edit and we love to CASE from our amazing Stampin' Up! catalogues.

Today we are CASEING our favourite project from the Mini Catalogue.

I didn't get too far before I spotted this sweet card on page 5 featuring the gorgeous Love for You stamp set which really shows off some great two step stamping images.

I've used my card to have a play with some new colours coming in the new catalogue - They are Lemon Lolly, Bubble Bath and Lemon Lime Twist and I combined them with Fresh Freesia, Daffodil Delight and Parakeet Party.  The greeting was die cut with another new product - the Timeless Arrangements Dies.  And the finishing touch is some sweet Lemon Lolly solid gems.

Inside the card repeats the same two step stamping around where you would write your greeting.

UP next is the fabulous Tina

Check out all the awesome projects here on our Facebook page.

Love for you Lemon Lolly thankyou

Blind Scrapbooking - should be interesting?

Hello and Welcome to our monthly blog hop inspiring you to scrapbook!!

This is an amazing international group and I just LOVE being inspired every month by these amazing people!

Our challenge this month was designed by Courtenay - and it really  as a challenge!!

Her theme was blind scrapbooking - we had a list of items and steps to follow without knowing what it would look like!!  I think the actual recipe called for only 1 photo, but I adapted my page to incorporate 2 photos (I hope that was allowed in the rules!!!!!)

I've made the best use of the gorgeous Natural Prints Suite and coordinating paper for a page for my son's birthday - I'm hoping it doesn't look too girly for him!!

The colours are Starry Sky and Sahara Sand with a few touches of white and Gray Granite.

I like the addition of the doodling on the edges of the papers - that's something I never usually do, but I gave it a go for this challenge (that WAS in the instructions!!).

I hope you've been inspired!!  Make sure you keep hopping to see all the creative results from Courtenay's fun blind scrapbooking recipe!!

UP next is the fabulous Jill

Here's the list of everybody in case you get lost along the way.
