Colour INKspiration challenge using Blessings of Home

Hello and Welcome to our Colour INKspiration challenge!

These Challenges come from some stunning Pinterest images

The image and colours are stunning!!

I've created a card for my technique class featuring embossing coming up at the end of October.  The background was created using the Brick and Mortar embossing folder coloured with Highland Heather ink before running the cardstock through my Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine.

I've coloured my gorgeous Blessings of Home bouquet using Stampin' Blends.  The challenge colours this time all feature in our Blends collection - Granny Apple Green, Night of Navy, Blackberry Bliss and Highland Heather.  The label for the greeting was cut using the Painted Labels dies.

The organdy glimmer and seam binding ribbons as well as the iridescent rhinestones on each of the cards were also coloured using Stampin' Blends.

Let's emboss!! CTC#388

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop and Challenge CASEING the CATTY.

To CASE is to Copy And Share Everything or to Copy And Selectively Edit and we love to CASE from our amazing Stampin' Up! catalogues.

This week, we are CASEING an embossing project from any catalogue.  Embossing covers 3 different techniques - there's heat embossing shown above, dry embossing using a Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine or embossing with Embossing Paste.

My project features embossing using the Leaf Fall embossing folder featured in the June to Dec Mini Catalogue.  I've also CASED the layout of the card using this glorious folder.

I embossed our vellum cardstock and then added a little colour using Soft Suede and a blending brush.

The Leaf Labels and Amber Gems worked perfectly with this gorgeous Leaf Fall embossing folder.  The stamping comes from the super useful Sending Smiles stamp set and coordinating Sending Dies - these are a fabulous bundle!!  I've also die cut the leaves from the Sending Dies and our gorgeous gold glimmer paper.

I've also added some lovely wooden Textural Elements embellishments which I've left raw - the colour worked well with the lovely leaves. Under my Sending die cut is a little piece of Texture Chic paper.

Inside I've added a couple more leaves using the Leaf Fall embossing folder sponged with a little Soft Suede.  I hope you like this project featuring embossing.  Make sure you keep hopping around everyone for some fabulous inspiration.

UP next is the amazing Rebecca and her festive card!!

You are welcome to join our challenge too!  Add your project here to our Facebook page.

Paper Crafting Monthly Blog Hop - Apple Harvest Autumn Inspiration

Hello and Welcome to our Monthly Blog Hop with these amazing crafters from all over the world!!

This month we are featuring some Autumn inspiration - and there is some great inspiration in our Stampin' Up! catalogues, especially in our June to Dec Mini Catalogue.  These great Leaf Labels are one of the great products featured in that catalogue.  I've embossed them with the painted texture folder and then added colour using Soft Suede and Pumpkin Pie with a blending brush.

I've stamped in the background using Crumb Cake and Forever Fern stamp set.  The greeting comes from the Charming Sentiments and the Sentiment Silhouettes bundle.

You may be wondering where the Apple Harvest comes in?  These gorgeous gold glimmer leaves come from the Apple Blossom dies which are available THIS MONTH ONLY and coordinate with the gorgeous Apple Harvest stamp set in a fabulous bundle.

And isn't that gorgeous frayed natural ribbon fabulous?  I also love the extra texture combined with the lovely Amber gems.

Make sure you keep hopping all the way around everyone.  Up next is the amazing Annette.

Here's the list of everybody in the hop in case you get lost along the way.

For the love of Punches CTC#387

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday night Blog Hop and Challenge CASEING the CATTY.

To CASE is to Copy And Share Everything or to Copy And Selectively Edit and we love to CASE from our amazing Stampin' Up! catalogues which are full of inspiration.

This week, we are CASEING a punch project  from either of our catalogues.

My pick for the CASE this week was this very simple card on page 21 of the Mini Catalogue.

This week, I need quick and easy, so my card is very simple indeed!!  The gorgeous paper is doing all the work for this card.

I'm featuring the gorgeously stunning Splendid Day Suite of the amazing designer paper, and the Splendid Thoughts bundle.  I've combined these with the fun Handmade Tag Punch which I love for an interested greeting label.

I die cut the gorgeous white glimmer paper using the Splendid Stems dies and left the inserts inside the die so it shows up a bit better against the gorgeous paper.  I've stamped using Soft Suede for the greeting and for the inside of the card.  The ribbon detail is the gorgeous organdy sparkly ribbon, and I've also added some super sweet iridescent pearls.

Simple stamping for the inside of my card finishes it off.

Up next is the lovely Peta . Please keep hopping all the way around the team - lots of amazing projects to share with you!

We love to see your gorgeous projects too - add them here to our Facebook challenge page.
