Stampin' Up! Thoughtful Branches in CTC#91 Birthday Chapter

Hello again for our Sunday Night Blog Hop!  What a fabulous way to enjoy the end of a marvellous weekend, and we hope you are enjoying the hop - keep going all around the team and you'll be inspired over and over again!!

This week, we are sharing some more inspiration and CASEing (Copy and Selectively Edit) from the Birthdays chapter of our Annual Catalogue - pages 10 - 25.

I've been inspired this week by this card to the left of the Festive Birthday Suite on page 10.  I've kept the layout the same, and the colours a bit similar, but I've used my favourite bundle of the moment - Thoughtful Branches.  I've used the lovely craft white ink for the background stamping - just the same as the card I've used for inspiration.  I love the trees stamped on the banner and the card with first and second generation stamping - I think it looks really atmospheric!!

This second card is far more graphic - using the white craft ink again in the background, and some of the Pop of Pink DSP to mat the greeting.  This is not my usual style, and I do like the trees card better!!!

And you know what?  This card fits perfectly into the challenge at TGIF this week!!

Now it's time for you to continue hopping around the team, and then to create your project and share it in our monthly challenge!!  We love to see your creations!!

And we will see you again next week as we hop around the catalogue!!

  1. I hadn't noticed this card before but it's a lovely sketch. Both your cards are gorgeous, liking the trees just a tiny bit better too. The DSP adds a nice bit of texture.
