Hello and Welcome to 2018!! This is my first post for the year, and our first challenge for SUO Challenges - using Stampin' Up! Only products.
The challenge this time is BRRR... It's COLD outside!!
Most of the design team is based in North America where it really is COLD outside!! But, I am in sunny Queensland in the middle of Summer right now so........my cold themed project is a little different - it is definitely about being cold outside, but not quite freezing cold like it is in other parts of the world!!
I've scrapped our camping adventures in the mountains of Lamington National Park where it is really cold at night time in the middle of summer and we love to go there and get some welcome relief from the heat!!
My page features Waterfront (a new stamp set from the Occasions Catalogue) for the background stamping with some tone on tone for these gorgeous watercolour images of trees and mountains.
I've also used some of the Colour Theory Memories and More cards and a strip of vellum anchored with sparkly washi tape from the Magical Day suite featured in the Occasions Catalogue.
I hope you're inspired to share your COLD projects with us this time. It's easy to add your projects to the lineup on our blog and you can hop there using the link below. Make sure you go and check out all the fantastic projects from the design team - you're sure to be inspired.
Until Next Time,
Love Julia x.
Please head over to my online store if you wish to see these products in more detail - and you can place your order anytime (if you're in Australia) while you're there (even if you're in your pyjamas!!)
And, if you can see yourself creating cards and sharing your love of papercrafts while inspiring others, perhaps you might be interested in the Stampin' Up! Business opportunity - contact me to find out how.
