Retiring favourite CTC#177

Hello and Welcome to another fun round up for our Sunday Night Blog Hop Caseing the Catty.

We are a design team who take our inspiration from the awesomeness that is our Stampin' Up! catalogues.  This week, the focus is on some retiring favourites.

One of my favourites is the super gorgeous Magical Day bundle which is retiring at the end of May.

I have CASED the cute little mermaid card on the right of that fabulous castle on page 36 of the Occasions Catalogue.

The original card used the Myths & Magic DSP for the mermaids, but I have used the stamp set, coloured with Blends, and then cut it out using the Magical Mates framelit.

That lovely bunch of greenery in the background has come from all sorts of different dies!!  I've used the leaves from Magical Mates along with 1 from Flourish Thinlits, 3 from Pretty Pines Thinlits, and 1 from Everyday Jars Framelits.

The DSP I've used here comes from the Delightful Daisy DSP.

Basically my card is the same - I've added a few little watery lines from High Tide stamp set and some glitter epoxy shapes.  I've really enjoyed this super sweet stamp set with it's darling cute images!!

Up next is remarkable Rebecca!!

After you've been through the whole blog hop and checked out all the fantastic retiring awesomeness - add your favourite to our lineup on our facebook challenge page!!

Until Next Time,
Happy Stamping,
Love Julia   x
