So Pretty in the All My Love chapter CTC#211

Hello and Welcome again to our Sunday Night blog hop and challenge CASEING the CATTY.

We love to inspire you with the current Stampin' Up! catalogues as we Copy And Selectively Edit or Copy And Share Everything using the brilliant projects illustrated on every page!  The challenge is for you to join in with us too as you CASE from the Catalogue.  You'll see lots of inspiration to help you as you hop through the design team !!

No photo description available.

This week, we are focusing on the first chapter of our new Occasions Catalogue -
pages 4-9 All My Love.

I've been inspired by the lovely card at the bottom of page 7 - and a few other team members have used this card for their inspiration too, but our projects are all different!!

I've kept to the same colour scheme and general layout, but I've used different stamp sets!

My greeting comes from Amazing Life stamp set on page 28, and I've embellished with butterflies from the lovely Butterfly Gala suite.  I've substituted some of the glorious Sale-a-bration FREE ribbon instead of the DSP.

After I made this, I adapted the design and simplified it to create a Valentines Gift for the Craft Group to do at my next class at the nursing home.  This little card is just 3" x 12" folded at 4 1/4" and 8 1/2" to create a little pocket inside for the gift to sit.

The flower has been mounted onto a lolly pop stick available in the cooking section of my local department store.  There is a little hole punched on the fold of the top of the card for the flower to go through and into the pocket for gift giving.

The back of the little flower is a punched circle with 2 holes punched into it so it can thread the lolly pop stick through.  The flower pieces are then attached to the circle over the top of the stick anchoring the whole thing together.

I hope you've been inspired by both of my projects which were inspired by our Occasions Catalogue!!

Keep hopping around the whole team - you'll see some really amazing ideas!!

We love it when you join in the challenge too!  Add your project to our facebook challenge page and join in the fun with us!!

Until Next Time,
Happy Stamping,
Love Julia  x
