Floral Inspiration for Colour INKspiration #56

Hello and Welcome to our Colour INKspiration challenge and blog hop!!

Check out this gorgeous cake for our inspiration picture!!!
Image may contain: flower, plant, text and food

We are inspired by so many amazing images and colours from Pinterest, and this week the colours are:  Berry Burst, Blackberry Bliss, Melon Mambo, Garden Green.

I'm still scrapbooking, and these colours with their stunning photo were the perfect inspiration!!

I've used the lovely Floral Frames stamp set and a couple of flowers from the Jar of Love stamp set.

The background elements for the floral clusters were created using Sparkle glimmer paper and the coordinating framelits Foliage Frames.  The paler flowers you can see above were coloured using ink and an aquapainter.  This was the first flower bunch I coloured, and then I decided that would take too long for the quantity I wanted, so coloured all the others using the markers!!  So much quicker!!

I've also used the Detailed Floral thinlits for a bit more background detail.  The stamping on the Floral Romance DSP comes from Jar of Love.

I hope you've been inspired by the fun colours this time in our challenge.
(pssst, I will tell you a secret.... I am so NOT a pink person, but I love the flower clusters on my page!!  Just goes to show the amazing creations possible when doing a challenge!! because using Melon Mambo is ALWAYS a challenge for me!! teehee)

I hope you're inspired too!!  We have some totally gorgeous projects from the whole design crew (as always!!) and I'm sure you'll be amazed with every creation on the hop!!

Up next is Leonie's GORGEOUS card using these colours - I love what she's created!!!

After you've completed the hop and done a full circle, grab out your colours above and get creating.  We'd love you to join in the fun with us on our facebook challenge page!!!

Until Next Time,
Happy Stamping,
Love Julia   x
