Welcome back to Colour INKspiration #92

Hello and Welcome to our first challenge for Colour INKspiration for 2021.

Colour INKspiration is for Stampin' Up! enthusiasts who love to share their paper craft projects using Pinterest inspired colour Combinations.

This month, the colours are:  Daffodil Delight, Merry Merlot, Calypso Coral, Magenta Madness and Garden Green.

All of these colours together are soooo bright!! Which is a challenge for me!!  So after some thought, I decided to explore the lovely Sweet Ice Cream bundle to feature these colours.

The bundle includes the lovely Ice Cream Cone Punch and the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set.  I also featured the fun Painted Texture embossing folder for the background detail.

Inside the card is some simple stamping.

The added bonus for this great stamp set, is that it can be used for a variety of occasions - I've featured Happy Birthday and Thankyou for my cards.  Lining up the greetings and stamping in all the colours was really quite easy too.  As I was in the middle of stamping, it occurred to me that I could have used my Stamparatus!! For these cards I just eye-balled and stamped which actually worked well.

The background mat for all my stamped pieces is Merry Merlot.

  1. The color inspiration would look nice on a card for persons of any age. Bright and encouraging hues.
