Hello and Welcome to Handmade by Julia Quinn.
Today is Scrapbooking Global day!! Each month we share some great inspiration for you1!
And I'm hoping you can guess what monochromatic theme I'm using? Monochrome is all different tones or hues of the same colour!!
This was the perfect theme for our recent trip with specatucular scenery of sky and sea!!
I've torn the edges of lots of two tone cardstock - Night of Navy, Misty Moonlight, Blueberry Bushel and aAzure Afternoon. I then added White ink to the edges and stamped white spots on the edges too!! The front edge also has some Azure Afternoon spotty stamping too!
My page features a sneak peek of a fabulous new stamp coming in September - called Happy Place which works perfectly with another awesome stamp set - Weekend Adventures. All the journalling die cut frames are also another sneak peek - Traditional Labels Dies.
I really hope YOU are inspired to try this!!
Make sure you keep hopping to see lots of AMAZING projects!!

That Happy stamp is perfect for this layout & makes me want to get it for my beachy scrapbook layouts that I seem to create every year. Love the torn edges & the white ink to match in with the whole vibe.
