Joyful Squares Colour INKspirations #204

Hello and Welcome to Handmade by Julia Quinn.

Tonight I'm joining in with the Colour INKspiration crew and our awesome colour combination!!

Check our the amazing image this week!!  And that gorgeous cake!!  You can see that I've been hugely inspired by the image as well as the wonderful colours

My Cake is basically 3 rectangles stamped, inked and embellished to create a three tier cake.  Each rectangle is:  4 x 7cm, 3 x 5.5cm, 2 x 4cm.  I've stamped onto each of the tiers using the Joyful Squares and the Addressed to You stamp sets and Petal Pink ink.  I also die cut a couple of the images from the Joyful Squares dies, and then used a blending brush and Petal Pink ink to add more colour.

My flowers also come from the Addressed to You stamp set and I've coloured them with Flirty Flamingo and Soft Sea Foam Stampin' Blends after using Lost Lagoon to stamp the images and greeting.

And I love the stamped corner detail from the Addressed to You stamp set.   

My final touch is some gorgeous Iridescent Pearls on each of the flower centres.
