CASE the catty - Flower Shop

I've enjoyed the CASE the catty challenge so much, that I've just kept on going!!  This card comes from page 67 and is almost identical except for the greeting panel which is a bit bigger to cater for my greeting which comes from Work of Art stamp set.

I also added a vintage faceted button on the centre of the flower instead of the gold dazzling details.

These colours are really nice together - Soft Sky, Calypso Coral, Kraft.

Blended Bloom Sketch Challenge

This is the sketch for the challenge.

I have decided to use the Blended Bloom for the circle feature, and then the greeting for the flag which I've just realised now is on the opposite side to the sketch - whoops!!

I made the card in two different colour ways, as I'm still learning and practicing with the blender pens - this one is in the Cherry Cobbler, and the above card is done with Rich Razzleberry.

Wedding Gift Card No 2

I enjoyed making the Gift Card so much yesterday, that I decided to make another - this time using the Paper Lace Doilies on the front.

I also made the inside gift card fit into the slots this time.  So, I will add this entry to the Challenge this week at CASEing the catty - this time the wedding chapter.

Wedding Gift Card Enclosure

I have decided to use the Gift Card Enclosures and create a cute little card-and-envelope-all-in-one greeting card.  I have also decided to ink up my NEW photopolymer stamp set Flower Patch with it's coordinating framelits - Flower Fair.    I've been very keen to use this set, so this was a simple project for my first try!!

This project is on page 66 of the catalogue and the only change I have made is the stamp set.

I think this is a perfect little note-and-envelope to send as a pick-me-up to friends and family!!

Look! I won at Just Add Ink too!!!

I've had a great week!!  Thank you to all the lovely people at Just Add Ink for my lovely award - I'm so thrilled!!!

More Pictogram Punches

Need a quick card for a birthday boy?  This was me last week, so I grabbed the Pictogram Punches again and off I went!!  This time I added some sequins as well!!  The On Film framelit also added a little extra 'star' quality too!!  What do you think?

This is a cute little stamp set from the new catalogue!!  If you love coordinating products, then this IS a combination for you!!  This stamp set - Pictogram Punches goes perfectly with the Itty Bitty Accents Pack of three little punchs - a star, heart and flower.

The stamp set is fun and easy to use.

The greetings work for lots of different occasions.

And the little punched accents are just lovely!!

JAI colour challenge

These colours certainly lend themselves to gentle images.  I've used Kinda Eclectic as my stamp set, and I have used the layout from the challenge at A Christy Production

CASE the Catalogue Challenge #3

I have decided to CASE the card on page 55 of the Catalogue.  I have completely CASED everything except the stamp set - I've used the Hostess Stamp Set - Bloom with Hope and I have coloured my image with the Daffodil Delight Blendabilities.

I have to say, I'm so pleased with how this card has turned out, and I definitely think I will use this general layout again - it was fun and easy, as well as having a really great finished look!!

Typeset Designer Series Paper

Our new Typeset Designer Series Paper is so yummy!!  It has a gorgeous vintage look AND feel - it's almost like parchment in the feel of the paper.

Here I've punched some flowers using the pansy and blossom punches, scrunched them together using an Antique brad to hold it together, and then paired my lovely flower with sequin trim, gold bakers twine and some chevron cotton ribbon.  Yummy!  This is the feature on the top of my gift box - half of an Extra Large gift box with a crisp cantaloupe lid.

Pretty Packaging

Our new catalogue has some really pretty packaging.  If you look at pages 6 to 23 you will see some lovely gift ideas.  This little box is inspired by the gift box on the top left of page 14.  The little doily under the paper gives such a sweet finish to this gift wrapping!

The box is actually half of one of the extra large gift boxes on page 200.  I have cut the box through the middle and then ended up with two boxes - and I made a pretty box lid for each of them.

If you need some ideas for your next gift, just peruse our new catalogue and I'm sure you will be inspired!

Divine satin ribbon

Look how opulent this new gold satin ribbon is!!  This cute little box holds some gorgeous hand made cards, so some gorgeous packaging is called for!  I have paired the ribbon with our new crochet trim for a wonderful vintage feel.

Fun way to use paper!!
