Thinking of You with Social Stamping

Hello and Welcome to another amazing blog hop presented by the equally amazing Kelly Kent.  This hop allows up to keep socially connected through our love of stamping, and sharing our love with you.

If you need to see the whole list of everyone in the blog hop, or if you get lost on the way, just click on the image above to head to the blog host!!  Welcome if you have just arrived from the lovely Michelle.

This week, the theme of the hop is 'Thinking of You' - and what a wonderful theme that is!!

I've used the amazingly versatile Many Mates stamp set for my greeting, and I've paired it with the fun and equally versatile Jar of  Flowers stamp set.  I've also used the lovely Old World Paper embossing folder for extra interest.

The flowers were coloured using Stampin' Blends, and then fussy cut out.  I actually coloured an extra layer of flowers to pop over the top to give extra dimension to these lovely blooms.  I've also shimmered the flowers with some glorious Wink of Stella.

The inside of the card features another of the wonderful Many Mates greetings and some more coloured flowers.

Up next on our very thoughtful hop is the lovely Siobhan.

  4. Beautiful colouring. I love stamping the sentiment onto the jar and I love the way you've added some extra dimension and layers to the flowers, that's an awesome effect. Love the choice of the Old World EF for the background as well. I know I'm going to be getting a lot of use out of that folder.
