Tonight I'm joining in with the Colour INKspiration crew and our awesome colour combination!!
I love this country kitchen vibe of the inspirataion picture!! The gingham pillows really appealed to me and helped guide me in the direction of my cards!

I've used the Softly Woven embossing folder to pick up the gingham vibe behind the lovely Twinkling Tidings Christmas Tree.

My tree is actually created with the reverse foil element of the Twinkling Tidings bundle and red hot foil.

I love those garland lights decorating the tree!! The greeting comes from Joyful Friends which has some great mix and match greetings for the holidays.

After I'd made this card, I then thought a bit more about the gingham detail from the inspiration pic, so tried adding Peacan Pie ink to the Softly Woven embossed panel to mimic the effect.

This time the tree was created using White Embossing Powder and heat embossing the leafy image of the tree.

And my greeting this time comes from the Holly Jolly Branches stamp set.
